This Still Hurts
Released July 18, 2008 Picking up where the gripping, Best New Fiction novel nominated This Hurts leaves off, Syncere retreats back to Connecticut with two promises. The first, not to fall in love with anyone for as long as he lives. The second, to participate in sexual relationships only. For months all goes according to plan until the Brazilian bombshell Kenya Northrop catwalks into Syncere's life challenging his will to keep the promises he's made to himself. But Kenya's beauty and sexuality proves too great for Syncere to fight off as he let's himself fall in love with the young model despite her racist mother & his close minded friends. Syncere makes a new promise, to do right by Kenya and not loose her like he's seemingly lost Kendra. But all is not that easy. Kenya has a hectic modeling schedule that creates a void Syncere is trying not to fill.
